Set your LWD barreled gun on that same table. Even Glock's few markings are very discreet. LWD just copied their barrel dimensions, made a few things oversized, and called it a day.
Glock damn well SHOULD mark their stuff, since they spent all the millions in engineering, research and development. I own a blind-marked LWD barrel, so I'm well aware of where it's marked. They buy them simply because they are excellent quality barrels for a good price. Trust me, there are MANY people that arnt even the least bit bothered by the markings whether it is the NEW head or the OLDER head. YOU HAVE THE OPTION to BUY or NOT TO BUY, you are not getting RIPPED OFF no matter how you try to justify not being able to get it the way YOU think it should be.

I guess FREE advertising for Glock with the MULTIPLE marking all over the gun is ok.? I guess I am never going to get it. Fortunately, LWD allows me to pay a few bucks to have it placed out of sight. I just live with it because like LWD barrels they are a fantastic bargain for the quality you receive. To me, and I own 18 different Glocks, I would rather not have it stamped all over the gun like it IS, But I'm not gonna claim their ripping me off by NOT letting me pay to blind mark the guns. Ok, I get it and that is perfectly fine, but try to pay them to put those same markings out of sight. AND there is NO difference between the Glock markings ALL OVER the gun, you are just saying that you LIKE Glock's factory trade marks all over the gun better than Lone Wolf's on their barrel. Blind marking meens they put it on the bottom of the barrel out of sight, it is still marked, the Wolf Head is on the bottom. You are not paying anybody to take it off. Also, it feels rough, and catches on cloths and stuff. The LWD logo is huge and RETARDED looking. Glock has a TINY little Glock logo on the black barrel. Brilliant, but ****ty.Īnd don't compare it to Glock's markings. Don't like being an advertiser for LWD? Ok, pay us $15. Most people will just be cheap, buy the standard barrel, and be a walking advertisement. However, it's all just a brilliant marketing strategy.
Why should you have to pay for them to NOT laser etch your barrel? You have to pay for them to laser etch your slide. You should not have to pay more for LESS WORK. So why in the hell should you pay them to not put it on there? They should sell them TOTALLY blank for less, or marked (which is an additional process) for more. It's a ripoff because, if anything, it costs them MORE to put the logo on there. I agree it's a ripoff, but brilliant at the same time.
